No Contact, All Football
Flag football means no tackling and no pads. It is the safest way for youth athletes to learn the game. Every athlete gets field time and coaching to help develop their football skills.

Clarington Flag Football joined Football Ontario ahead of the Spring 2026 season. Our athletes carry Football Ontario player insurance coverage, and the league operates under Football Ontario’s safe sport policies including Rowan’s Law concussion protocols.
